Club Deal Real Estate Ain Sebaa
In 2019, Oaklins Atlas Capital and Lazrak Management structured the “Les Trois Palmiers” project in the heart of Aïn Sebaa.
The 2.5 ha project consists in the acquisition, subdividing and marketing of 61 parcels in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Aïn Sebaa.

Real Estate Club Deal in Safi
From 2014 and 2017, Oaklins Atlas Capital restructured "Jardins de Safi", the largest real estate project located the heart of the city of Safi.
The project includes:
- 559 social housing units of which 143 are completed and sold and 416 which will be completed by July 2020;
- 679 medium-standing apartments, of which 308 are completed and sold at 87%
- 136 retail spaces, 20 of which are completed and sold at 30%.
- A mall
Jardins de Safi is directly managed in MOD / OPC and marketed by Oaklins Atlas Capital.
In 2018, Oaklins Atlas Capital structured a clud deal which allowed Private Clients to invest in the project.
A first closing was made in May 2020 with an IRR of 15% in line with the forecasts.
The end of the project is scheduled for the end of 2022.
