Senior Partner
Mr. Chebihi has more than 25 years of experience in the creation, acquisition, development and restructuring of companies.
From 1993 to 1997, he worked in Paris for Andersen.
In 1998, he joined Capital Consulting, where he participated in several advisory missions.
From 2002 to 2006, he was involved in an operating assignment within a prestigious public entity.
Mr. Chebihi graduated from Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat in engineering and from Sciences Po Paris - School of Management and Innovation.

Mr. Britel has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance.
In 1999, he began his career with Deloitte and Arthur D. Little.
From 2004 to 2008, he worked as M&A and startegy Director within the Sodexo Group.
He was a partner at Akya Consulting and M&A firm based in Paris specialized in industrial and financial spin-offs where he has led significant operations with multinational industrial groups (Ipsen , Faurecia, Thomson, Valeo).
Mr. Britel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Finance from McGill University in Montreal and a Diploma from L’ESSEC.

Asset Management
Mrs. Alaoui has over 15 years’ experience in asset management.
In 2003, she began her career with CFG Gestion, a subsidiary of CFG Bank, as a bond and equity trader.
From 2005 to 2008, she managed equity funds dedicated to institutional investors (3.2 billion dirhams assets under management) within BMCI Asset Management, a subsidiary of BMCI - Groupe BNP Paribas.
Mrs. Alaoui holds a DEA in International Economics and Regulation from University of Paris XIII, a master’s degree in Science and Technology from Paris XIII University – major: «Mathematical Model of Economics and International Finance - m²efi» and a diploma from Paris XIII University in «Mathematics Applied to the Social Sciences - MASS».

Mrs. Lahlou has over 15 years’ experience in the financial markets industry.
She began her career in Paris at SGAM (Société Générale Asset Management), before joining CAPITAL Gestion, in 2004, BMCE as Portfolio Manager.
In 2007, she participated in launching BMCE Capital Gestion Privée, a branch of BMCE CAPITAL Group specialized in Wealth Management.
In 2009, she was appointed Deputy Director assisting the General Management in developing the company.
In 2015, she became Director in charge of Portfolio and Project Management at BMCE Capital Gestion Privée.
Mrs. Lahlou holds a Master’s degree from Bordeaux Business School and the SFAF designation - the French Company of Financial Analysts.

Mr El Jirari has a 24-year experience in the equity brokerage sector.
In 1998, he began his career at Attijari Intermediation, where he was appointed in 2003 as Director of brokerage.
He participated in most Moroccan equity market operations, such as: ONA-SNI rotation in 2003, the BCM-WAFABANK OPA-OPE, the MAROC TELECOM OPV in 2004, the Group’s OPV ADDOHA in 2006, the CGI OPV in 2007, the SAHAM OPV in 2010, and the TAQA OPV in 2014.
In 2007, he joined Upline Group, following the merger with the Banque Populaire Group, where he was appointed as CEO of Upline Securities (Upline’s Brokerage company).
Mr. El Jirari holds a DESS in Wealth Management from Rennes University and a Diploma from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion of Settat – major «Finances».

Ms. Chebihi Hassani has 28 years of experience in the insurance business.
After a career in the medical field as a pharmacist in charge of a medical analysis laboratory that she created in 1990, Samira CHEBIHI HASSANI founded Vidal Assurances Casablanca in 2002.
Ms. Chebihi Hassani is a doctor of pharmacy, a graduate of the medical universities of Nancy and Toulouse.

Real Estate
Mr. Laâlou has more than 37 years of experience in the management of major real estate, hotel and hospital projects throughout Morocco and has participated in the realization of many major projects (servicing and development).
In 1982, he joined NOVEC (formerly SCET-SCOM), a large subsidiary of CDG, as a project manager, specialized in OPC, studies and project management until 2007; he participated in the realization of the tourist zone of Marrakech on 110ha, the realization of the hotel AMANJENA, the viabilisation and development of Hay al Qods on 52ha and several other projects.
From 2007 to 2012, he was Project Director at La Perla World, (formerly Mandarine Développement), in charge of project management, OPC, studies and project management of the group. He participated in the realization of 41 luxury villas on 60ha in Marrakech and other projects of high standing.
Mr. Laâlou studied architecture at ISAE (Higher Institute of State Architecture) in Brussels, Belgium.
