Club Deals
Atlas Capital is in the process of launching its 4th club deal. This is a high-end residential project in the Orangeraie district, one of Rabat’s leading premium neighborhoods. The project will eventually comprise over 350 apartments developed in 2 phases on a land area of almost 3 hectares.
The project is progressing according to schedule:
- Strengthening the project team, particularly from a technical point of view, with senior and experienced profiles;
- Recruitment of the project management team: architect, design office, topographer and control office;
- Beginning of technical studies for the project. The preliminary design is complete;
- Marketing & communication phase begins, with the selection of various service providers;
- Reservations are scheduled to begin before the end of 2022.
