Oaklins Atlas Capital, exclusive advisor to the Nahmias family in the sale of Jessy Diffusion

The Transmed group has acquired 85% of the capital of Jessy Diffusion.
Jessy Diffusion is a leading importer and distributor of FMCG and petcare products in Morocco, with established partnerships with blue-chip companies such as Lorenz, Royal Canin, Morando, Granoro, Gallo, Oster and Loacker. Transmed is an international group operating in integrated distribution services across the entire distribution value chain. Founded in Lebanon, Transmed focuses on the distribution of a wide range of household and personal hygiene products from Procter & Gamble and Clorox. The company is also involved in the distribution of food products, notably the Mars confectionery range, which has expanded over the years to include McCain, Danone baby food, United Biscuits, Kellogg’s, Mondelez, Bahlsen, Perfetti, Siblou, Junior Croissants, Castania kernels, Walkers cookies and many other leading brands.
